I write about how aspects of yoga relate to life, science, and psychology--in particular how yoga practices can promote clear thinking and overall well being.
I am interested in the intersection between eastern and western yoga practice and science, especially in neuroscience and education and am currently looking at how yoga practices of pranayama, mantra and asana can help us flourish amidst life stress.
